Can you install a ceiling fan where there's no existing light fixture?
Yes — we can run a new wiring and install a fan-rated box anywhere in your ceiling. Attic access makes this easier, but we can do it without attic access too. We'll let you know the scope before starting.
Do you install chandelier lifts for high ceilings?
Yes. Chandelier lifts are one of our specialty services — we've installed them in two-story entryways across Collin County. It's a game-changer for cleaning and bulb replacement on high fixtures.
How many recessed lights do I need for a room?
A common rule of thumb is one 4" recessed light per 4–6 square feet for task lighting, or one 6" light per 25–30 square feet for general ambient light. We'll help you plan the layout so it looks intentional — not random.
Will my existing dimmer switch work with LED bulbs?
