Licensed. Reliable.
Takes pride in the work.
Current TDLR License
Apprentice, residential wireman, or journeyman in good standing.
Shows Up
On time, in uniform, ready to work. Non-negotiable.
Clean Driving Record
You'll be driving a company vehicle daily.
Reads Blueprints
Comfortable working off a plan set —electrical, architectural, and mechanical sheets — and pulling your own material list from it.
Troubleshooting Skills
Comfortable diagnosing a dead circuit without a supervisor on the phone.
Commercial experience
EMT bending, MC and rigid, panel and gear installs, and working alongside other trades on an active job site.
